MY STORY
One of my first clients called me Solution Susie.
I laughed it off at first, but it stuck. I love finding where a process keeps breaking and building a better way to do it. I learned that instinct firsthand: chasing sponsors and speakers for deliverables, living in other people's inboxes, and keeping a dozen moving parts on schedule for membership organizations and event producers.
Now the better way often includes AI. Same instinct, better tools, with a human still in charge.
