FREE TOOLS
How the free tools handle your information
This notice covers my four free tools: Bio Wrangler, Receipt Wrangler, BEO Wrangler, and Booth Roundup. They are run by Uplevel Assistance, LLC.
What happens to what you upload
Each tool reads your file or text in your browser. To do its job, it sends what it needs to an AI model: the text of a bio, the guidelines and receipt images for a reimbursement, the text of two BEOs, or the cleaned list of vendors. The results come back to your browser.
The tools don't store what you upload or the results. There are no accounts, and nothing is saved in a database. When you close or refresh the page, it's gone.
What's removed before anything is sent
- Bio Wrangler removes email addresses and phone numbers.
- BEO Wrangler removes payment card numbers.
- Booth Roundup removes contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment details it finds, and shows you what it will remove first.
- Receipt Wrangler sends receipt images as they are, so please cover any full card or account numbers before you upload.
The AI behind the tools
The tools are built on Lovable, and the AI step runs through Lovable's AI service and the model provider it uses. What you send is handled under their terms while it's processed.
What I do keep
To enforce the daily free limit, each tool keeps a count of how many times it was used each day, tied to a scrambled version of your IP address. The scrambling can't be reversed, and I never store your IP address itself. These counts are deleted after 7 days and aren't used for anything else. Like any website, the hosting service may also keep standard technical logs.
What not to upload
Please don't upload payment card numbers, health details about a named person, or anything you aren't allowed to share outside your organization. The tools are built to help with event paperwork, not sensitive records.
